Founder & CEO, Birring & Bagri Limited

Rajbinder Kaur is the Founder and CEO of Birring & Bagri Limited, bringing extensive experience across strategic procurement, commercial leadership, public policy and organisational governance.

Her career spans senior procurement and commercial roles across the public and private sectors, with particular experience in education, public services and complex regulated environments. She has led major procurement programmes, commercial negotiations, sourcing strategies and supplier relationships, combining commercial discipline with a strong understanding of governance, risk and public accountability.

Through Birring & Bagri, Rajbinder advises organisations on procurement and commercial strategy, business cases, complex bids and proposals, partnership development and cross-border opportunities. Her work increasingly connects commercial strategy with wider business, policy and international considerations.

Rajbinder is also Co-Founder and UK Lead of the UK–Canada Health Futures Initiative, a strategic platform established to advance collaboration and opportunity between the UK and Canada across healthcare, innovation and related sectors.
